What determines the investment?
Project count, listing complexity, content migration, user roles, automation and integrations. We prepare a scope-based proposal instead of presenting an undefined starting price.
What will the proposal clarify?
Timeline, milestones, ownership, source-code access, hosting, licences and support. Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately where applicable.
Your technology partner
Built with Safflower.
Scoped around you.
Safflower Infotech Private Limited is a technology consultancy and web engineering company based in India, with a corporate office in Indore.
Our services span website development, custom web applications, UI/UX and CRM integrations. For your real estate project, we start by understanding the people who will use the system and the work it needs to support.
Before we begin
A few practical
questions.
Have something specific in mind?
Tell us about your project ↗
Can I start with just a website or just a CRM?
Yes. Website development, custom CRM development and integration can be scoped separately. We can also discuss a phased approach if you want to connect them later.
Can you work with my existing website or CRM?
We first review its technology, access, data structure and available APIs. That review helps determine whether improving or connecting the existing system is practical, or whether a replacement should be considered.
Do you build custom CRMs or configure existing platforms?
These are different project scopes. A custom CRM is developed around agreed workflows; third-party CRM configuration or integration works within an existing platform’s capabilities. We clarify the appropriate approach during discovery.
How much does a real estate website or CRM cost?
Cost depends on website type, project pages, CMS needs, user roles, workflows, migration and integrations. Share your requirements for a proposal with defined deliverables, assumptions and exclusions.
How long will development take?
We estimate the timeline after reviewing scope, content readiness, integration dependencies and approval stages. Your proposal sets out the agreed milestones rather than applying one timeline to every project.
Will the website include SEO and analytics?
We scope technical SEO foundations such as indexable pages, metadata, sitemaps and mobile performance. Analytics and conversion tracking can be included in the project; ongoing SEO, content and advertising are separate scopes. Rankings and lead volumes are not guaranteed.
Who owns the website, CRM and data?
Ownership, source-code access, data export and account handover are documented in the agreement. Third-party platforms and licensed components remain subject to their own terms.
What about hosting, security and ongoing support?
We agree on hosting responsibility, access controls, backups, maintenance and support coverage in the proposal. Hosting, third-party licences and ongoing support may involve recurring charges.
